General Questions

  • We’re here to help you move, recover, and feel amazing at the following times:

    • Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

    • Tuesday: Recovery Closed, Classes from 7.30am - 8pm

    • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

    • Thursday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM

    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but to make sure you get your preferred session, we highly recommend booking ahead!

  • Super easy! You can book online via our website, Eversports, ClassPass, or WellPass EGYM. You can also email us at info@session.health, or simply drop by the studio!

  • We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early so you have time to settle in and get the most out of your experience.

  • Finnish Sauna: Your booking time is for check-in only—you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the sauna beyond your reserved slot. 

    Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna & Recovery Boots: Please try to be on time for your booked session to make sure you get the most out of your time.

  • Yes! You can purchase gift cards by emailing info@session.health or visiting us in person at the studio.

Services

  • We’ve got an amazing selection of movement and recovery options to keep you feeling your best:

    • Movement Classes: Session offers Pilates (various styles), Yoga, Strength, Barre, and Functional Fitness.

    • Recovery Sessions: Session offers a Finnish Sauna, Ice Baths, Infrared Saunas, Recovery Boots and Lounge Area. We also offer Lymphatic Massages and Guided Recovery Workshops. We have non-gendered changing rooms and washrooms as well as lockers for storing belongings during your experience.

    • With the booking of the cold plunge you are welcome to also use the Finnish sauna. 

  • Ice Bath + Finnish Sauna: Optimizing Your Experience

    To maximize the benefits of our sauna and ice baths, we recommend alternating between heat and cold. If you're new to Session, our guides are here to support you.

    Please shower before the cold plunge. A well-balanced session includes 5-10 minutes of breathwork (optional), 1-5 minutes in the plunge, and 15-20 minutes in the sauna, followed by a short rest with tea. Repeat as needed for full effect.

    There's no one-size-fits-all approach—listen to your body, experiment, and find your ideal rhythm.

    Infrared Sauna + Ice Bath: Optimizing Your Experience

    For the best benefits of infrared heat and cold immersion, we recommend a structured yet flexible approach. If you're new to Session, our guides are here to support you.

    Start with 20 minutes in the infrared sauna to warm up, boost circulation, and relax. After a quick shower, take a 1-5 minute cold plunge for an invigorating contrast. Rest in our common area, then warm up again in the Finnish sauna if desired.

    Infrared heat offers a gentler, deeper warmth, ideal for extended relaxation before cold exposure. Repeat the cycle as needed, listen to your body, and find your own rhythm.

    Infrared Sauna: Optimizing Your Experience

    For deep relaxation and recovery, we recommend a 25–30 minute infrared sauna session. The gentle heat penetrates deep into your muscles, promoting circulation, easing tension, and supporting overall well-being.

    Hydrate well before and after your session, and take a few moments to unwind in our common area afterward. Listen to your body, relax, and enjoy the benefits of infrared heat at your own pace.

    Recovery boots 

    Recovery Boots enhance circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and speed up recovery through air compression massage.

    Start with a 25-30 minute session, feeling gentle pressure move from your feet up, promoting relaxation and recovery. Adjust the intensity to your comfort—our guides are happy to assist.

    For the best results, stay hydrated before and after. After your session, take a moment to unwind, stretch, or enjoy a cup of tea. Regular use supports muscle recovery and well-being—listen to your body and find what works for you.

  • Saunas and recovery studios have long been spaces for healing and social connection. We believe in creating more than just a physical experience—a space for meaningful interactions.

    Whether you visit solo or with friends, our studio fosters community and relaxation. Bathing suits are optional—wear what feels best. While conversation is welcome, please respect the flirt-free atmosphere. To maintain a mindful space, phones stay in lockers.

    For hygiene, always shower before using the sauna or cold plunge. Enjoy the experience, unwind, and connect.

  • Our cold plunge pool ranges from 3°C to 6°C and our sauna temperatures can range from 90°C to 100°C. Our infrared sauna temperatures can range from 55°C to 65°C. 

  • All our products are from Aesop to ensure the best experience for our customers.

  • Of course! All of our offerings are designed for everyone.

Before your visit

  • For Recovery Sessions:

    • Recovery Boots: Wear comfortable pants/leggings that cover your legs and socks.

    • Infrared & Finnish Saunas: Bathing suits are optional—wear one if you prefer!

    • Cold Plunge: Bring your bathing suit, as the plunge area is in an open space.

    • General: We provide towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Aesop in our shower amenities. We also have lockers available. To maintain the most hygienic experience for our customers, Session is a barefoot space beyond the changerooms. If you’d like to cover your feet, please bring your own slippers.

    For Movement Sessions:

    • Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle.

    • Need a towel? Bring one or rent one from us (2€ for ClassPass/WellPass guests).

    • You can buy water and Recovery Churchills at the studio.

    • Showers are available in our recovery area after class.

    • We have high-quality mats at the studio. However, if you prefer you can bring your own.

Policies
& Special Considerations

  • Yes, guests must be 18 years or older for most sessions. Minors require parental consent.

  • Yes, please let us know if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or if you're pregnant before your session.

  • We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns. If you have a cardiac condition, high or low blood pressure, or a history of fainting, please ensure you have your physician’s approval before using our facilities. Session is not responsible for any illness or injury resulting from client negligence.

  • Yes! However, Please consult your physician as to the safety of participating in our movement classes or the recovery studio. We also offer a prenatal and postnatal classes.

  • All sales are final, but if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance, we may be able to offer store credit for unused services.

  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If you accidentally left something behind, don’t worry—reach out to our team, and we’ll make sure it’s kept safe for you.

  • To cancel your membership, simply send an email to info@session.health
