Cold Plunge

Immerse yourself into our 4°C to 8°C Japanese bathtubs that are designed to complement your recovery and wellness routines. Cold exposure helps stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery after physical activity.

Discover the revitalizing effects of a 5 or 10 minute breathwork meditation followed by the plunge into the cold for up to 6 minutes and experience how this will elevate your day.You can heat up in our Finnish Sauna afterwards.

Recovery Boots

Experience the benefits of our advanced recovery boots, designed to enhance your post-exercise recovery and overall wellbeing.

These high-tech compression boots help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and accelerate recovery.

Finnish Sauna

Our uniquely designed finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation.

Sauna will only be available after 12pm during the week and 10am on the weekends.

Infrared Sauna

Our infrared sauna uses infrared heaters ranging from 45°C to 60°C.

You can book a session for yourself or book for up to 3 people for a shared regenerative session.
