  • Our uniquely designed Finnish sauna reaches a temperature, typically between 70°C and 100°C, providing a dry heat environment. It promotes detoxification through sweating and enhances muscle relaxation, stress relief, and improved circulation. Make yourself comfortable in the distinctive and one-of-a-kind landscape of our sauna and spend 10 to 20 minutes inside.

  • Our infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit light that is absorbed by your skin, heating your body directly rather than warming the air around you. The temperature is lower than in our Finnish sauna, ranging from 45°C to 65°C, providing a gentle, comfortable heat.
